Summer 2013
CORE: June 10th thru July 31st (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6:30-8:15am)
              - Individualized soccer workouts after CORE Mondays 8:30-9:30am (begins 2nd week of CORE)
OPEN FIELD: Starts in June, Tuesday & Thursday nights 5:00-6:30pm
   I would like every player current and future to have at least 5 miles/5 hours of weekly activity from June 1st to August 19th.
Hiking, biking, running, swimming, walking, playing sport, etc...  
Player logs are a great way to keep track of what you have done and need to do.
                     - Need help logging miles/hours: Open field soccer, open gym basketball/volleyball.
