Wolfpack Winter Wonderland Softball Camp

The first annual Wolfpack Winter Wonderland Softball camp will be held at Glacier High School on December 27th- 28th, 2018, from 5-7 PM with an optional pitching session on December 27th from 7-8 PM.  All softball players in grades 3-8 are welcome to attend. The camp will focus on hitting, infield, outfield, baserunning, and team fundamentals, while allowing players to meet and work with Wolfpack Softball coaches and players.  Cost of attendance is $30 ($40 if attending additional pitching session) and includes a camp t-shirt.

Bravettes Basketball Camp

Bravette Basketball will be holding their annual K-3 Future Bravette Camp on December 15th from 9-11 am. Campers will be instructed by Bravette coaches, as well as our JV/Varsity players. This is truly one of our favorite days of the season! Campers will receive a t-shirt and free admission to the boys/girls games against CFalls that afternoon.

  • Vomiting within the last 24 hours
  • Diarrhea within the last 24 hours
  • Treatment must be provided 24 hours prior to returning to school.
    • Strep Infection
    • Ringworm
    • Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
    • Impetigo
  • Rash of unknown origin-may indicated many things and should be checked by MD
  • Pain should be taken seriously and needs to be evaluated

    • pain for an unknown reason

NO SCHOOL OCTOBER 18th and 19th

There is no school on Thursday and Friday, October 18th and 19th, 2018 due to MEA days.  School will resume at normal times on Monday, October 22nd.


We are pleased to announce our first Spirit Week for 2018-2019. This festive week that supports drug free students is taking place the week of October 22-26. This week is called Red Ribbon Spirit Week. We encourage students to wear their red ribbon throughout the whole week. This week will include 80’s Day, PJ Day, Workout Day, Sweats Day, and the yearly COLOR WARS!

Cider Fest October 31 4:30-5:30

Come join us in the Edgerton gymnasium for Cider Fest.  Costume is optional and there will be free cider and candy.  Festivities begin at 4:30 on Halloween.  


If the "feels like" temperature is 0 or above it is school district # 5 policy that recess will be outside.  If the "feels like" temperature is below 0 there will be a red flag on our reader board at the front of the school and a red flag at the back, indicating we will have indoor recess.  


Please bring appropriate clothes for the temperatures we will be having each day for your children.  Thank you.

2018-2019 Edgerton Elementary Drop Off and Dismissal Guidelines for Success

Consideration for Being Grandfathered into Current Elementary School

If your child's Elementary School Boundaries are changing in the 2018-19 school year you have the option to request to be Grandfathered into your current school. 

Please fill out this form and submit to Beth Kornick at the Superintendent's Office by fax 406-751-3416, email kornickb@sd5.k12.mt.us, or by mail to 233 1st E. Kalispell, MT  59901. Please submit by February 23, 2018.

Decisions regarding these requests will be made sometime in the Spring of 2018 and you will be notified as to the status of your request at that time.  If you have any questions you may contact Beth Kornick at 406-751-3430.

August 30th - For 1st through 6th Grade and 9th Grade Only.

Kalispell Education Foundation Awards over $9,000 to Innovative Projects For Teachers

    The Kalispell Education Foundation (KEF) completed their final round of funding for the 2016- 2017 school year, bringing the total of funding awarded via the Great Opportunity Grant program to over $9,000.

Every year, teachers in Kalispell Public Schools apply for funding for their special projects through this grant program.

   Ballots from the two school bond measures before voters have been counted and Kalispell Public Schools can move forward with both bond measures—high school and elementary district.
