Scott Warnell - Vice Chair

Scott is beginning his third year as a Kalispell Public Schools Trustee but as a former Flathead Bravette Head Soccer Coach and Student Resource Officer at Flathead High for many years, Scott is well known to the SD5 community.  Retired from the Kalispell Police Department after 22 years, Scott now serves as an Outreach and Engagement Specialist with the Fletcher Group.  Scott has served this community for many years as the Past President of Flathead CARE, Past board member and President of the Flathead Soccer Club and was named the State of Montana Police Officer of the Year in 1998.  When he isn’t doting on ‘the best wife a guy could ask for’, Scott can be found fly fishing, rafting, and golfing!

Scott serves on the Finance and Personnel Committees.

Scott also lends his time and expertise to District Negotiations and Facilities Steering meetings.

Lance Isaak

Lance has served on the KPS Board of Trustees for over 7 years and recently finished a 4-year term as Board Chair.  Lance is excited to assist Kalispell Public Schools in meeting the challenges of unprecedented growth in our community in the coming years. As the director of the Flathead Youth Home for the last 21 years, and an active member of Kalispell Daybreak Rotary, Lance is a service-oriented community leader, but his favorite title is Dad. You may see Lance biking all over town, even in the snow, as he is an avid year-round cyclist.  Lance assures us that the world is a better place on a bike!

Lance serves on the Finance, Policy & Communication, and Special Services Committees.

He also participates in Facilities Steering meetings.

Rebecca Linden

Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in theoretical mathematics and a master’s degree in plant physiology.  As a parent of two children who attend KPS, Rebecca is excited to begin her third year as a KPS Board Trustee. Rebecca believes that the Board has a responsibility to ensure open, respectful communication among parents, teachers, principals, and the community at large and in using the budget to support teachers with the tools they need.  Rebecca wants students to be exposed to a breadth of disciplines and to be allowed the space and expert guidance to explore their passions both in and out of the classroom.    Rebecca has served on multiple boards in the past, including the Glacier Symphony and Chorale, and the Horace Mann action committee.  While she will readily admit to knowing more plant names than people names, Rebecca will be reluctant to tell you about her days as a dance teacher at the famed Arthur Murray Dance Studios. We bet she still dances around as she waters her plants though!

Rebecca serves on the Curriculum & Instruction, Policy & Communication, and Special Services Committees.

She also participates in the Stipend/Activities meetings.

Sue Corrigan

Sue is a retired Special Education teacher at Flathead High School who devoted her entire career to special needs students.  Beginning her fourth year as a KPS Trustee. No stranger to community involvement, Sue has served on the Conrad Mansion Board of Directors for the past 12 years, 4 of them as Chair, and represents Kalispell Public Schools at the Montana School Board Association.  Sue also has Alumni Status on the Citizens Advisory Council for Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks and was presented an award for being part of the team that created the Glacier Conservancy.  The award that really gets our mouths watering though is her Best-of-Show award at the 2010 Chocolate Extravaganza for her Millionaires Chocolate Pecan Pie!

Jack Fallon

Ursula Wilde

Ursula is a native of the Flathead Valley, is a dance teacher and has two children in Kalispell Public Schools.
