Coaches Jenni, Caytin, and Elle HIGHLY encourage you to train during your off season! You should try to take advantage of any and all of these opportunites!
FAST (Flathead Agility and Strength Training): Meet at FHS (in the Gym or the Weight room)
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7:30-9:00 AM (begins June 25th)

Wednesday and Sunday 7-8 pm at Kidsport
