Description:  This will be a 10 week course with 2 ½ hours each of those 10 weeks. Each week we will decide on recipes for the following week, these recipes will b e based upon class interest and include popular items such as Pate a Choux, ganache, flaky decorative pie crusts, meringues,    cake decorating (and piping tips), scones, biscuits and muffins, homemade noodles, fancy breads, etc. Each class will include recipes of a similar nature and instructions to help you succeed with those recipes. Recipe hacks, tips, tricks, and other fun ideas will be included each week. If you        love to bake, want to learn more, or simply love to serve delicious homemade food to friends and family, this course is for you! Each class will also feature at least one (possibly more) Student Chef’s in training from Flathead High School.

Class Dates:  January 31 – May 30, 2019 - Thursday evenings

Class Times:  5:30PM to 8:00PM

Location:  Flathead High School Culinary Arts Lab, room 216

Fee:  $10.00 fee payable to School District #5 at time of registration

         $10 per student per class payable to the instructor on first day of class plus the option to purchase your own Chef’s uniform, knife kits, and to             obtain your ServSafe Food Handlers certificate. Participants will be required to bring their own aprons/chef’s jackets to each class.
