Nutrition Information

Most of the recipes we use for school breakfast and lunch come from either the USDA Recipes for Schools or the Vermont New School Food Cookbook.  
 
Here is the Nutrition Information for most of the menu items we serve,  the recipes listed in the links above also include nutrition information (including calories, ingredients and common allergens).
 
We also have delicious, healthful recipes to share with you from the after-school cooking classes taught by our FoodCorps Service Member, Jessica Manly. These recipes feature local Montana-grown produce and affordable ingredients.
