EARLY RELEASE   Students will be released at 1:25pm THIS Wednesday, May 22nd.  

READ CAFE'    If you have signed up for Read Cafe', the discussion for Shipbreaker will be TODAY during both lunches.  Don't forget to attend! You don't want to miss the yummy food and great discussion!

LIBRARY BOOKS   Today is the last day to check-out library books and everything is due, next Tuesday, May 28th.  Check your email for a library statement that lets you know everything that is on your account. 

ATTENTION SENIORS   Distinction Cords will be passed out on Thursday, May 23rd in the commons area during both lunches. Please stop by the table and pick up your distinction cord.

READING CHALLENGE  If you participated in the library's 2019 Reading Challenge, submit your booklists to the library by the end of the day on Friday, May 24th.  

LUNCH ACCOUNTS  There will be no charging after Friday, May 24th.  Please make sure all your lunch fees have been paid by the end of the school year. Thank you.

CROSSTOWN CRAZE TICKETS  Attention Seniors!  The last day to purchase tickets for your Crosstown Craze Graduation Party will be Friday, May 24th.  Tickets are now $35 with one chance to win the car.  You may also buy them at the door with a student I.D.

WOLFIE AWARDS  The Activities Office is sponsoring Wolfie Awards for students who go above and beyond and make GHS and our community a better place.  Please submit an email to Mr. Dennehy to nominate a student by explaining why they deserve this award.  Our goal is to recognize one student per class and award a $250 scholarship to the winning senior. Nominations can be made by students or staff.   We will announce the winner at our Spring Assembly.  Nominations are due by May 25th.

ALL SENIORS WHO WENT TO EDGERTON  There will be a graduation walk Thursday, May 30th.  If you would like to participate, please arrive at Edgerton Elementary at 8:45am. 

VOLLEYBALL  All girls interested in playing volleyball next fall who missed the meeting a week ago or who have lost their paperwork and information for camps and tournaments should see Coach Harkins this week, ASAP.  Room D110.  Camp coaching applications are due as well, ASAP!

SENIORS  All fees and fines must be paid prior to receiving your diploma.  Please check with the main office weekly to make sure they have all been paid. Thank you.

RUNNING START  Students who want to take a Running Start class this summer or next fall and have not met with the Running Start Adviser need to sign-up for an appointment. The sign-up sheet for appointments is in the career center. The running start adviser will only be at Glacier three more Wednesdays before summer. Don't miss your chance to get a start on your college education.   

LIBRARY FEES AND FINES  Seniors, until graduation,  you will be receiving a weekly email from the library to keep you informed about what books you have checked out and any fines or fees.  Please check your email and come to the library if you have any questions about your account.

Recurring Announcements

YOUR ATTENDANCE MATTERS   Please remember, if you have perfect attendance for a month, your name will be entered into a drawing to win a $10.00 Visa Gift Card.  The winners of the monthly Visa Gift Card will then be entered into a $50.00 Visa Cash Card drawing, at the end of the year.  Thank you to the Horace Mann Company for donating the prizes. 

AFFINITY CLUB  The Affinity Club meets every Tuesday night from 6-7:30pm at the Heart Locker (right behind Taco Bell). Bring your friends for fun, games, snacks, and more! 

STUDENT STORE  The student store is open EVERY Tuesday and Friday during both lunches.
